To the Inspector-General of Prisons, Punjab, Lahore. No. 11, dated Raival Pindcc, 15th May 1873. Sir,?I have the honor, in continuation of my No. 9. dated 20th March last, to the address of the Commissioner and Superintendent of the Rawal Pindee Division, to submit the following further remarks upon the recent and former epidemics of fever in this jail, the average population of which I nnd is about the same as that of the Milbank Prison.
